We Are Elevate runs theinfamousher.rocks, its shop and its mailing list for the band The Infamous HER. We collect only what we need to run the shop, memberships, the newsletter and promotions such as giveaways, and we never sell your data. This policy covers theinfamousher.rocks and every email we send.
Who is responsible
We Are Elevate is the controller of your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We Are Elevate, Vaartveld 8a-62, 4704 SE Roosendaal, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 50214276.

What we collect, why and for how long
We collect data only for the purposes below, each with its own legal basis under Article 6 GDPR.
Name, postal address, email, phone, what you ordered

Newsletter and giveaways
You only receive our newsletter after you confirm your address by clicking the link in our confirmation email.
- Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
- We see whether you open an email or click a link in it, so we can send fewer emails that nobody reads. You can object to this at any time by emailing us.
Some giveaways require you to join the newsletter to enter. When they do, the entry page says so before you sign up, and your entry only counts after you confirm your address.
- Winners are drawn at random from confirmed entries.
- We announce winners by first name and country only.
- We ship prizes ourselves from Nashville, United States, in the same way as shop orders: the band member who packs your prize sees your name, postal address and phone number, because we need those to send it to you. We do not pass winners’ details to the brand whose products are given away.

Statistics, cookies and embedded content
We measure visits with Plausible Analytics, which sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and cannot identify you.
Our site uses a few cookies that it needs to work: your shopping cart, your login, and your cookie choice. These need no consent.
Some pages show content from other services: YouTube videos, our Instagram feed and our Bandsintown tour dates. Those services can set their own cookies and see your IP address. We load them only after you allow it in the cookie banner, and you can change that choice at any time.
We do not use advertising pixels or tracking cookies on our site. When we advertise on YouTube, Instagram or Facebook, those platforms apply their own privacy policies to what you do there.
Who we share data with
We share data only with the services that run the site for us, under data processing agreements.
Where your data is stored
Our website, our shop database and our mailing list run on a Hostinger server in Indonesia. Hostinger takes a daily backup and stores it in Singapore, and our backup plugin keeps a further copy on the same server, with no third party involved. Neither Indonesia nor Singapore has an EU adequacy decision, so these transfers run on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses in our data processing agreement with Hostinger.
For our other providers, data going outside the EU is protected by an EU adequacy decision (Israel), the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or Standard Contractual Clauses. Orders and giveaway prizes ship from Nashville, United States: the band member who packs your parcel sees your name, postal address and what is in it, because we need that to send it to you. We never sell or rent your data.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, delete or export your data, to limit how we use it, or to stop using it. Email hello@theinfamousher.rocks and we will act within one month.
- Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. That does not affect what we did before.
- You can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or to the authority in your own country.
Age limits
You must be 16 or older to create an account or join the newsletter, and 18 or older to enter a giveaway.
Changes to this policy
The date at the top shows when this policy last changed. We email newsletter subscribers about any important change before it takes effect.
